Guildford Tchoukball Club (formally FAST Tchoukball Club) are a tchoukball club based in the South East of England. It was formed in 2009 by ex Liphook Tchoukball Club, ex university and other local players from the surrounding area.
Since 2010, they rebranded as Guildford Tchoukball Club and called their team Guildford Inferno. They used 'fire' as their influence for the team name following the same pattern set by the Guildford Flames ice hockey team and the Guildford Heat basketball team. In 2015 Guildford expanded their club and introduced a second team, Guildford Ignite.
In recent years Guildford's hard work paid off. This has been shown by the ever expanding trophy cabinet which showcases on, and off-court acknowledgements. This includes (but is not limited to) 2016 and 2017 Club of the Year winners, 2016 and 2017 Domini Fox Memorial winners, 2017 National League Super League Winners, 2017 National League Division 1 winners, and 2017 South-East Regional winners.
Guildford have set the bar high, and with the quality of teams increasing they will have to work hard to keep ahead in the coming season.
